Selected Plates
Every frame is captured without artificial illumination, honoring the natural overcast sky, dawn mist, and twilight dusk of each territory.

Field Method
Discipline of Twelve Frames
Working with mechanical medium-format gear imposes a deliberate slowness. With only twelve exposures per roll of 120 film, observation precedes action, and framing requires stillness.
We avoid rapid digital bursts, preferring to sit on a harbor seawall or train platform for hours until the light aligns with the architecture and human cadence of the place.
Commission a Story or Print
Limited archival gelatin silver prints and editorial documentary assignments are arranged directly through our field desk.
